Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Free delivery is included with all gift boxes, we use a next day delivery service however please note that on some rare occasions gift boxes can take a little longer to be delivered.

 

If your gift box has not arrived within 5 days please get in touch so we can chase this up for you.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us info@theletterboxedition.co.uk to discuss a refund.

 All returns will be processes within 3-5 business days.

Order Amendments

We have a 1 hour window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 60 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We will try and be as accommodating as possible but we try to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible sometimes we aren't able to edit orders.
